You will configure workflows, build portal pages, and integrate ServiceNow with SAP, JIRA, and Workday for 50,000+ employees.
- 2–4 years ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer
- Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- REST API integration with external systems
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Configure and build ITSM and HRSD modules
- Develop Flow Designer workflows and automation
- Integrate ServiceNow with SAP HR and JIRA
- Build Employee Service Centre portal pages
- Produce technical documentation and user training material
