- 4–6 years technical recruitment for SaaS or product engineering
- Experience hiring full-stack, platform, and ML engineering roles
- LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and boolean search expertise
- Strong interview design and assessment methodology
- Data-driven hiring funnel management and reporting
- MBA in HR preferred
- Own full-cycle hiring for 25+ engineering and product roles annually
- Build proactive engineering talent pipelines
- Partner with engineering managers on role definition and interview design
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance
- Track and report hiring funnel metrics to VP People monthly
- Drive Whatfix employer brand in India engineering community
