Oversee RabbitMQ operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of messaging infrastructure across production environments. Responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining RabbitMQ clusters.
- Configure and manage RabbitMQ exchanges, queues, bindings, routing keys, VHosts, users, and permissions
- Provide production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting for RabbitMQ clusters
- Investigate and resolve connectivity, queue buildup, consumer/publisher, memory/disk, and cluster-related problems
- 5-8 years of experience with RabbitMQ (exchanges, queues, bindings, routing keys, VHosts, users, permissions)
- Hands‑on experience in RabbitMQ administration and production support
- Experience with RabbitMQ upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities
- Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity issues, queue buildup, consumer/publisher problems, memory/disk alarms, and cluster-related issues
- Proficiency with MQ 9.x and MQ 8
