Snapdeal is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Pricing Intelligence team to build dynamic pricing algorithms and competitive price monitoring systems ensuring 100M+ value consumers always get the best prices on Snapdeal.

5–7 years backend engineering with Python or Scala
Pricing algorithm and marketplace pricing system design
Apache Spark for large-scale price data processing
Kafka for real-time competitor price change streaming
ML models for demand elasticity and price optimisation
PostgreSQL and Redis for pricing data

Build dynamic pricing engine for value product categories
Develop real-time competitor price monitoring and alerting
Implement demand elasticity models for price optimisation
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
Lead technical design reviews for pricing platform
Mentor junior engineers on pricing system design
