IndiaLends is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Lending Platform team to build the loan origination, credit decisioning, and disbursal systems connecting 10M+ borrowers with 60+ lending partners across India.
You will design and own critical lending infrastructure processing thousands of loan applications daily.
- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- Expert Java or Python for high-throughput financial systems
- Loan origination system architecture experience
- PostgreSQL and Redis at scale
- Kafka for lending event-driven workflows
- RBI digital lending guidelines and NBFC compliance awareness
- REST API design for fintech integrations
- Build and own loan origination and credit decisioning microservices
- Integrate with 60+ bank and NBFC lending partner APIs
- Implement bureau integration: CIBIL, Experian, and CRIF
- Design real-time credit score and eligibility check APIs
- Ensure RBI digital lending guideline compliance in all features
- Mentor junior engineers on fintech engineering practices
