Innovaccer is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the Healthcare Data Platform that unifies clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data for 3,000+ US healthcare organizations serving 100M+ patients.
You will design and own data interoperability services that directly improve health outcomes for millions of Americans.
- 5+ years backend engineering experience
- Expert Java or Python for healthcare data systems
- FHIR R4 and HL7 healthcare data standards
- PostgreSQL and Redis at scale
- Apache Kafka for healthcare event streaming
- HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling
- B.Tech/M.Tech from reputed institute
- Build FHIR-compliant patient data unification microservices
- Design healthcare data interoperability APIs for EHR integrations
- Own services end-to-end from development to HIPAA-compliant production deployment
- Lead technical design reviews for health data platform
- Mentor junior engineers on healthcare engineering standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for patient data services
