Postman is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Collaboration team to build the team workspaces, API version control, and real-time co-editing features enabling 5M+ software teams worldwide to collaborate on API development.

5–7 years backend or full-stack engineering
Node.js or Go backend for real-time collaboration systems
CRDTs or Operational Transformation for real-time co-editing
WebSocket and Server-Sent Events for live collaboration
PostgreSQL and Redis for workspace and permission data
Strong distributed systems understanding

Build Postman team workspace and API collection sharing features
Implement real-time co-editing using CRDT or OT algorithms
Develop API versioning and git-like diff features
Build role-based access control and workspace permission systems
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
Lead technical design reviews for collaboration platform
