Whatfix is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the BI Platform team to build the self-service analytics product that helps L&D teams and HR managers measure the ROI and adoption of digital adoption initiatives across their enterprise software stack.

5–7 years backend engineering with analytics or BI platform focus
Python and Django or Flask
Clickhouse for time-series analytics at scale
React.js for analytics dashboard frontend
Data visualisation: Chart.js, ECharts, or D3.js
Strong understanding of multi-tenant analytics architecture

Build Whatfix in-product analytics platform for L&D and HR teams
Develop Clickhouse query APIs for user adoption dashboards
Create interactive analytics visualisations in React and ECharts
Design multi-tenant analytics data isolation architecture
Optimise dashboard query performance for enterprise-scale data
Lead technical design reviews for BI platform features
