Senior React Native Mobile/web Developer Indore (India)

We are building a secure healthcare coordination platform and need an experienced engineer to design, debug, test, and release reliable Android, iOS, and web applications using React Native and TypeScript.

• Build React Native and TypeScript features for Android, iOS, and React Native Web
• Design practical UI/UX, responsive layouts, accessible components, and transparent user flows
• Implement loading, empty, error, offline, recovery, and success states
• Integrate authentication, REST APIs, notifications, deep links, and secure storage
• Own Android and iOS builds, signing, provisioning, TestFlight, Play Console, staged rollouts, store submissions, and post‑release maintenance
• Reproduce bugs, inspect logs and network behavior, find root causes, and verify fixes
• Use Codex and other AI tools responsibly while maintaining design, security, correctness, and maintainability

• 6–8 years professional software development experience with substantial React Native work
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs
• Strong state management and mobile debugging skills
• Experience in practical UI/UX, accessibility, responsive design, and user‑flow design
• Hands‑on Android development using Kotlin or Java and iOS development using Swift
• React Native Web experience
• At least two production apps released to Google Play and Apple App Store
• Experience with Expo/EAS, App Store Connect, TestFlight, Play Console, signing, provisioning, and staged releases
• Ability to explain technical decisions and solve problems independently, without overreliance on AI tools
