- Lead development of new features in PharmEasy's React Native app
- Architect and implement medicine ordering, repeat prescription, and health record features
- Optimize app performance for low-end Android devices across India
- 5-8 years of mobile development with 3+ years in React Native
- Expert TypeScript and React Native performance optimization skills
- Experience with complex native module integration (iOS and Android)
- Strong state management skills (Redux Toolkit, React Query)
- Experience mentoring junior mobile developers
- Healthcare or health app experience is a strong plus
- Lead mobile feature development from architecture to production deployment
- Define coding standards and review practices for the mobile team
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and memory leaks
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to mobile hiring
- Coordinate with backend and design teams on mobile feature delivery
