Infosys Quality Engineering is hiring a Senior QA Manager to lead a 30-person testing team for a large US retail digital transformation programme spanning 5 agile release trains and a $20M testing workstream.
- 12+ years testing with 4+ years QA management experience
- Retail or e-commerce domain quality management
- Test governance, quality KPIs, and automation ROI reporting
- SAFe or agile quality engineering at programme scale
- Client CXO relationship management
- ISTQB Expert certification preferred
- Lead QA team of 30 engineers across 5 release trains
- Define test governance framework and quality KPIs
- Manage client testing workstream P&L and resource planning
- Drive test automation transformation and report ROI
- Conduct monthly QA steering committee with US retail client VP
- Hire and develop QA management talent within the team
