Senior QA Engineer (Manual)

Infilon Technologies is hiring a Senior QA Engineer (Manual) for its client TenForce. In this role, you will own testing activities, design comprehensive test strategies, and ensure the highest quality for enterprise software used by global customers in intelligent manufacturing and operational risk management.

• Review requirements and user stories early, questioning gaps and suggesting improvements
• Design and own test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios reflecting real business processes
• Perform web and mobile testing across functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility scenarios
• Conduct risk-based and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and business-critical issues
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear business impact analysis and drive them to resolution
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers in sprint planning and release validation
• Take full ownership of testing activities and quality sign-off for releases

• Bachelor's/Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong experience in manual testing, exploratory testing, and test design techniques
• Proven ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective test coverage
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
• Excellent communication skills to work with international stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
