Chargebee is hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to build comprehensive Cypress E2E test coverage for the subscription billing platform used by 5,000+ SaaS companies globally to manage their recurring revenue.

  • 4–6 years QA automation with 2+ years Cypress
  • TypeScript for test framework development
  • REST API testing with Postman or Supertest
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD integration
  • Contract testing with Pact framework
  • Understanding of SaaS subscription billing flows
  • ISTQB Advanced certification preferred
  • Build and scale Cypress E2E tests for billing, invoicing, and subscription flows
  • Implement contract tests between Chargebee microservices
  • Integrate all tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and fix test flakiness to maintain CI reliability
  • Mentor 2 junior QA engineers on Cypress best practices
  • Report weekly quality metrics to engineering leadership
