- 6–9 years PM with EdTech or higher education platform experience
- Learning management system or LXP platform product experience
- Strong SQL and learner behaviour analytics
- Experience building products for working professional learners
- University partnership and curriculum management product understanding
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own degree and certification learning experience product roadmap
- Build AI-powered personalised learning path and adaptive assessment features
- Define learner success and placement outcomes metrics
- Partner with 200+ university partners on digital curriculum integration
- Run experiments to improve learner completion and NPS
- Present strategy to upGrad CEO and board
