6+ years SRE or platform engineering experience
AWS multi-region reliability architecture
Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale
Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty observability stack
Go or Python for reliability tooling
Chaos engineering: Chaos Monkey or Gremlin
Fintech or payment system reliability experience

Define SLOs and error budgets for all payment-critical services
Lead P1 incident command for merchant payment outages
Build automated self-healing and failover mechanisms
Run quarterly chaos engineering exercises for payment services
Drive cloud cost optimisation while maintaining reliability
Mentor junior SREs on reliability engineering principles
