- 4–6 years ML engineering experience
- B2B or marketplace recommendation system experience
- Python: PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Two-tower and sequential recommendation models
- Feature store and real-time model serving
- MLflow for experiment tracking
- Spark for large-scale feature engineering
- Build product recommendation models for B2B retailer catalogues
- Develop demand forecasting models for retailer inventory planning
- Deploy models to real-time serving infrastructure
- Run A/B experiments to measure recommendation impact on GMV
- Build feature pipelines for retailer behaviour features
- Mentor junior ML engineers on recommendation system best practices
