Acko is hiring a Senior Manager – Customer Experience to lead the 200-agent claims support and customer service team for India's most digital insurance company. You will redefine what insurance customer experience means in India.

  • 8–12 years customer experience with 3+ years in senior management
  • Insurance claims or motor/health insurance domain experience
  • NPS, CSAT, and CES metric ownership
  • Technology-led CX transformation experience
  • Strong team leadership and people development
  • MBA from reputed institute preferred
  • Lead 200-agent claims and customer service team across channels
  • Own NPS, CSAT, and first call resolution metrics
  • Drive AI-powered self-service and chatbot adoption
  • Manage client-side claims settlement turnaround times
  • Build customer experience leadership pipeline within the team
