- 8–12 years customer experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Insurance claims or motor/health insurance domain experience
- NPS, CSAT, and CES metric ownership
- Technology-led CX transformation experience
- Strong team leadership and people development
- MBA from reputed institute preferred
- Lead 200-agent claims and customer service team across channels
- Own NPS, CSAT, and first call resolution metrics
- Drive AI-powered self-service and chatbot adoption
- Manage client-side claims settlement turnaround times
- Build customer experience leadership pipeline within the team
