- 5+ years ML engineering with 2+ years NLP specialisation
- Expert PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers
- Multilingual NLP: IndicBERT, MuRIL, or XLM-RoBERTa fine-tuning
- Model deployment at scale: Triton Inference Server or TorchServe
- MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, and model versioning
- Indic language processing and text normalisation
- Build and fine-tune multilingual NLP models for 15 Indian languages
- Deploy hate speech and misinformation detection models at scale
- Build content recommendation feature pipelines
- Implement model monitoring for drift across 15 language dimensions
- Publish Indic NLP research at academic conferences
