BigBasket is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to build and scale features on its grocery shopping app used by millions of customers for daily essentials. You will own critical features like real-time inventory display, scheduled delivery, and in-app promotions.
The role requires a developer who can deliver polished, crash-free experiences while handling the complexity of integrating with BigBasket's logistics and supply chain systems.
- Build and ship new features in the BigBasket iOS app
- Develop real-time inventory and delivery slot management UI
- Implement Apple Pay, loyalty programs, and subscription features
- 4-7 years of native iOS development in Swift
- Expert-level Swift and SwiftUI skills
- Experience with Combine or RxSwift for reactive programming
- Strong knowledge of MVVM-C or Clean Architecture on iOS
- Experience with Core Data and offline-first patterns
- Track record of publishing and maintaining App Store apps
- Architect and implement major iOS features for BigBasket app
- Ensure app quality with unit, integration, and UI tests
- Lead technical decisions for iOS platform evolution
- Mentor junior iOS developers on the team
- Work with product and design on UX-critical features
