Cloud Sara Technologies is seeking a versatile Senior Fullstack Engineer who combines full-stack and QA skills with deep ServiceNow platform expertise. The role involves owning integration defects, participating in the product development lifecycle, and providing customer support and maintenance.
- Own ServiceNow integration defects and triage
- Act as first point of contact for incoming support and escalation tickets (L2 triage), including ServiceNow platform and integrations
- Contribute across the product development lifecycle including coding, QA, and release
- Support customers and perform general maintenance work outside the ServiceNow surface
- ServiceNow platform depth
- Strong full-stack development skills
- QA and testing experience
