Zerodha is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure running India's largest trading platform — which must be highly available from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST on every market day.

You will work on a lean team with high ownership, managing infrastructure that directly impacts the trading experience of 10M+ investors.

  • 5–7 years DevOps or infrastructure engineering
  • Kubernetes and Docker in production at scale
  • Terraform and Ansible for IaC
  • AWS: EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, Route 53
  • Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty alerting
  • Go or Python for platform tooling
  • Strong Linux systems administration
  • Manage Zerodha's AWS Kubernetes clusters for trading platform
  • Build zero-downtime deployment pipelines for market hours
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
  • Set up and tune Prometheus alerting for trading SLAs
  • Run disaster recovery drills and document runbooks
  • Contribute to Zerodha open-source infrastructure projects
