Accenture India's AI Center of Excellence is hiring a Senior Data Scientist specializing in NLP and Generative AI to work on enterprise AI transformation projects for global clients. You will design and deploy LLM-based solutions for intelligent document processing, conversational AI, and enterprise knowledge management.
The role involves working with the latest LLMs (GPT-4, Gemini, Llama), retrieval systems, and agentic AI frameworks, delivering measurable business impact for clients in banking, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions using RAG, agentic AI, and LLM fine-tuning
- Build enterprise NLP pipelines for document understanding and extraction
- Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance for client-specific use cases
- 5-8 years of data science or NLP engineering experience
- Expert Python and NLP/GenAI skills with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen
- Experience fine-tuning or prompt-engineering LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama)
- Knowledge of vector stores (Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search
- Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure or AWS
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Lead GenAI solution design for enterprise client engagements
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific tasks
- Build scalable NLP pipelines for document intelligence use cases
- Present AI solutions and business impact to C-level client stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers in the team
