CRED's Data Science team is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build credit risk and customer lifetime value models that power lending and financial product decisions for 10M+ premium members.
You will work on some of India's most sophisticated credit datasets, combining causal inference, predictive modelling, and deep fintech intuition.
- 5–8 years data science experience
- Expert credit risk and CLV modelling
- Python, R, and SQL proficiency
- Statistical modelling and causal inference techniques
- Experience with high-net-worth customer segments
- Presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- M.Tech/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or CS preferred
- Build credit scoring, default prediction, and CLV models
- Design and run experiments on financial product offerings
- Mentor junior data scientists
- Influence product and risk strategy with model insights
- Ensure model fairness, compliance, and explainability
