Quikr is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights across its classifieds marketplace categories including real estate, autos, and jobs. You will work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize user journeys.
This is an independent contributor role with high visibility in the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable dealing with ambiguous problems, large datasets, and presenting clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- Build dashboards and reports for marketplace category performance
- Analyze conversion funnels and user behaviour patterns
- Partner with product teams to design and evaluate A/B tests
- 3-6 years of data analysis experience
- Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, subqueries)
- Proficiency with Python (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn) for analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Strong experimental design and statistical analysis skills
- Excellent communication for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Lead data analysis projects from framing to insight delivery
- Build and maintain automated dashboards for category leaders
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention studies
- Design and analyze A/B experiments
- Present insights and recommendations to VP-level stakeholders
