Capgemini's BFSI practice is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a digital retail banking transformation programme for a top-5 UK bank, bridging banking SMEs and agile development teams.

You will run workshops, write epics and user stories, and ensure the programme delivers regulatory-compliant digital banking features on time.

  • 6–9 years BA experience with 3+ years in BFSI
  • Retail banking: current accounts, savings, mortgages, and payments
  • BRD, FRD, user story, and acceptance criteria writing
  • JIRA, Confluence, and agile ceremony facilitation
  • Data mapping and API contract documentation
  • CBAP certification preferred
  • Run requirements workshops with UK bank product and compliance SMEs
  • Write detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
  • Create process flow and data mapping documentation
  • Support scrum team with sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Manage change requests and impact analysis
  • Review test cases and support UAT sign-off
