Senior Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements. Conducts stakeholder discussions to understand processes and pain points, prepares BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases. Performs AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis to identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Conduct discussions with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Perform AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
