Freshworks is hiring a Senior Automation QA Engineer to build Playwright-based E2E test suites and quality pipelines for Freshdesk, Freshsales, and Freshservice used by 60,000+ global businesses.
You will drive shift-left testing adoption across product squads and set the standard for automation quality across Freshworks' product portfolio.
- 4–6 years QA automation engineering
- Playwright expertise — must have shipped Playwright at scale
- TypeScript or JavaScript for test framework development
- REST API test automation with Supertest or similar
- GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline integration
- Contract testing with Pact
- ISTQB Advanced certification preferred
- Build and scale Playwright E2E test suites for Freshworks products
- Define and enforce test automation standards across product squads
- Integrate tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
- Build contract testing framework between Freshworks microservices
- Mentor QA engineers across 5 product squads
- Report quality metrics to engineering leadership
