MassMutual India is seeking a Senior Analyst for an Operations Voice Process role in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for reviewing asset transfer packets, managing outbound calls to financial institutions, and documenting administrative systems.
- Review and validate for accuracy that the Transfer of Assets Packet was mailed, e-mailed, or faxed correctly and timely.
- Make calls to external carriers and financial institutions every 5 days requesting funds required for new business policy issues.
- Document the results of each call across various administrative systems.
- Communicate in detail with advisors and their staff regarding the status of receipt of funds.
- Proactively identify when additional communications are required.
