Innovaccer is hiring a Senior Analyst to own the clinical quality measure specifications, HEDIS and STARS analytics, and quality improvement programme analysis for 3,000+ US health systems on the Innovaccer platform.

4–6 years clinical quality analytics in US healthcare
HEDIS, STARS, and MIPS measure specification and reporting
Advanced SQL for clinical claims and EHR data analysis
ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, and RxNorm medical coding expertise
US healthcare payer and ACO domain experience
Excellent English communication for US client presentations

Own HEDIS and STARS measure reporting for 3,000+ US health system customers
Conduct clinical data deep-dive analysis for quality improvement
Build quality measure dashboards and gap closure reports
Present quality performance insights to US health system leadership
Collaborate with product team to improve quality measure features
Publish quality improvement best practice content for Innovaccer customers
