  • 2–4 years e-commerce seller management or account management
  • Good understanding of seller economics: pricing, margins, and fulfilment
  • Strong data analytics and Excel skills
  • Good Hindi and English communication
  • Tier 2/3 India SME seller engagement experience preferred
  • Manage portfolio of 200+ Snapdeal seller accounts
  • Drive seller GMV growth through catalogue expansion and pricing
  • Conduct seller onboarding and training on Snapdeal seller portal
  • Resolve seller logistics, payment, and returns disputes
  • Submit weekly seller performance and GMV reports
