Amazon India is hiring an SDE II to build the Amazon Shopping Android app features used by 100M+ Indian customers for product discovery, one-click buying, and delivery tracking.
- 4–7 years Android development with Kotlin
- Jetpack Compose and Material Design 3
- Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- AWS SDK for mobile backend integration
- Strong algorithms and data structures
- Experience with 10M+ DAU Android apps preferred
- Build Amazon Shopping Android app features for Indian customers
- Own product discovery and recommendations UI end-to-end
- Optimise app performance for low-end devices in Tier 2/3 cities
- Write comprehensive Espresso and unit tests
- Lead Android technical design discussions
- Mentor SDE I Android engineers
