Freshworks is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for 3 Freshdesk product squads and drive agile maturity across the customer engagement platform engineering organisation.
- 4–6 years Scrum Master experience
- CSM and PSM II certification
- SaaS product engineering team experience
- JIRA and Confluence programme administration
- Coaching engineers and PMs on agile best practices
- SAFe Scrum Master certification a plus
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies for 3 Freshdesk product squads
- Coach teams on agile maturity and continuous delivery practices
- Maintain JIRA sprint boards and velocity reporting
- Identify and remove impediments blocking squad delivery
- Contribute to Freshworks agile community of practice
