HCL Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for 3 cross-functional product squads building enterprise SaaS tools for a US technology client.
You will coach teams on agile maturity, remove impediments, and report sprint health metrics to the programme management office.
- 3–5 years Scrum Master experience
- CSM or PSM I/II certification
- Experience with distributed agile delivery teams
- JIRA and Confluence administration
- SAFe or LeSS framework knowledge preferred
- Good facilitation and coaching skills
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies for 3 scrum teams
- Maintain JIRA boards, backlogs, and velocity reports
- Coach teams on agile principles and practices
- Escalate impediments to programme management
- Report sprint metrics and team health to PMO
