HCL Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery for 3 cross-functional product squads building enterprise SaaS tools for a US technology client.

You will coach teams on agile maturity, remove impediments, and report sprint health metrics to the programme management office.

  • 3–5 years Scrum Master experience
  • CSM or PSM I/II certification
  • Experience with distributed agile delivery teams
  • JIRA and Confluence administration
  • SAFe or LeSS framework knowledge preferred
  • Good facilitation and coaching skills
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies for 3 scrum teams
  • Maintain JIRA boards, backlogs, and velocity reports
  • Coach teams on agile principles and practices
  • Escalate impediments to programme management
  • Report sprint metrics and team health to PMO
