Capgemini India is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for a digital transformation program at a large European banking client. The role is based in Pune and involves coordinating with distributed teams across India and Europe.
The ideal candidate brings strong facilitation skills, a servant-leadership mindset, and experience helping teams continuously improve their agile practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions
- Track and report sprint velocity, burndown, and team health metrics
- 4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- CSM or PSM certification is mandatory; SAFe certification is a plus
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for agile project management
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed, multi-cultural teams
- Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, or other agile frameworks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are productive
- Coach development team on agile principles and practices
- Coordinate with product owners on backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers
- Report on team performance and continuous improvement metrics
