Cognizant is hiring a Scrum Master to coach 3 agile product squads building an insurance digital claims transformation platform for a Fortune 500 US insurer.

  • 4–6 years Scrum Master experience
  • CSM and PSM I/II certifications
  • Insurance or BFSI domain experience preferred
  • JIRA and Confluence programme administration
  • SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
  • Experience coaching distributed agile teams
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies for 3 insurance product squads
  • Coach teams on agile maturity and continuous improvement
  • Manage JIRA sprint boards and velocity reporting
  • Escalate blockers to programme management office
  • Support SAFe PI Planning events
