Mphasis is hiring an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach to support agile transformation for a large US insurance client engagement based out of Hyderabad. You will facilitate delivery for 3-4 scrum teams and also coach delivery leads and product owners on agile best practices.
The ideal candidate is a certified CSM or PSM who brings energy, facilitation expertise, and the credibility to coach teams at all levels in an enterprise services context.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies for 3-4 product teams
- Coach delivery leads and POs on backlog management and sprint discipline
- Track team velocity, capacity, and health metrics across sprints
- 4-8 years of Scrum Master experience
- CSM or PSM I/II certification mandatory
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe SM certification is a strong plus
- Experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and agile metrics dashboards
- Insurance or financial services domain experience preferred
- Run all scrum ceremonies for assigned teams
- Coach and develop product owners on backlog refinement practices
- Identify and remove team impediments proactively
- Build agile maturity assessments and improvement plans
- Report team-level agile metrics to program leadership
