SAP Business Analyst Data Migration -BODS

Altraize is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst - Data Migration to manage and deliver end-to-end data migration from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, building reusable ETL processes, and coordinating data validation, testing, and cutover activities.

• Deliver end-to-end migration of master and transactional data from legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA
• Analyze legacy data structures, define source-to-target mappings, and create mapping rules for SAP data objects
• Collaborate with business teams to drive data cleansing and enrichment activities
• Develop robust and reusable programs using SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, and LSMW
• Plan data migration cycles, manage object dependencies, and support cutover planning
• Oversee execution, perform post-load evaluations, and implement performance optimizations
• Develop technical specifications, mapping documents, and training materials

• At least 6 years of relevant SAP S/4HANA data migration experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, SAP Load methodologies, LSMW, and LTMC
• Good functional knowledge in SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, or FICO
• Basic experience in ABAP coding and debugging
