Provide daily support and monitoring for SAP S/4HANA systems on RISE, ensuring system health, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. Coordinate incident and service management with SAP Cloud Operations and SAP ECS teams, monitor SAP HANA database, application servers, and system logs, and manage user administration, roles, profiles, and authorizations in partnership with SAP Security. Support kernel upgrades, SP upgrades, and patch management to maintain system stability and compliance.
- Perform daily system health checks and performance tuning for SAP S/4HANA on RISE.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and coordinate with SAP Cloud Operations and SAP ECS teams.
- Monitor SAP HANA database, application servers, and system logs.
