IndiaLends is hiring a Sales Manager to build and manage the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) partner network across Maharashtra — driving personal loan and credit card disbursal volumes through 50+ active DSA and FinTech channel partners.
- 5–8 years financial services channel sales management
- Personal loan or credit card DSA channel management experience
- Knowledge of lending product structuring and DSA payout models
- Good Hindi, English, and Marathi communication
- Track record of managing ₹50Cr+ annual loan disbursal through DSA
- Build and manage 50+ DSA partners across Maharashtra
- Drive monthly personal loan and credit card disbursal targets through DSA channel
- Conduct DSA training on IndiaLends product catalogue and digital processes
- Monitor DSA portfolio quality and control NPA from channel
- Submit weekly DSA channel performance reports to VP Sales
