EXL Service is hiring a Blue Prism RPA Developer to automate insurance policy administration, claims processing, and premium collection workflows for Fortune 500 US insurance clients.

2–4 years Blue Prism RPA development
Blue Prism Certified Developer certification preferred
SQL for data extraction and validation
Process design and PDD documentation
VBA or Python for scripting integration
Insurance or BPO domain experience preferred

Build Blue Prism bots for insurance policy admin automation
Deploy and monitor bots in Blue Prism Control Room
Write PDD and SDD for each automation use case
Conduct UAT with business teams before production go-live
Provide Level 2 support for production bot failures
