- 4–6 years hotel revenue management or OTA hotel commercial experience
- Revenue management systems: IDeaS, Duetto, or custom RM tools
- Rate parity and competitive intelligence analysis
- Strong Excel and SQL analytics skills
- DJUBO, OTA Insight, or similar hotel distribution tools
- Own dynamic pricing and yield optimisation for 300,000+ hotels on MakeMyTrip
- Build and manage AI-powered hotel price recommendation models
- Monitor and enforce rate parity across hotel supplier contracts
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis on OTA pricing
- Present hotel revenue performance to MakeMyTrip Hotels leadership
