- 3–5 years Java or Python backend engineering
- NETCONF/YANG and REST API for network management
- TMF Open API and TM Forum etOM awareness
- PostgreSQL and time-series data management
- Kafka for network event streaming
- Optical networking fundamentals: DWDM, OTN, and ROADM
- Build Nokia Wavence optical network management system features
- Develop NETCONF/YANG provisioning APIs for optical network elements
- Implement fault management and performance monitoring modules
- Integrate with Nokia NSP network services platform
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests
- Support Nokia global operator customer acceptance testing
