Talpro is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst for a Voice Process to monitor, evaluate, and ensure high service quality standards.
- Act as custodian of all qualitative parameters including Quality Scores, Compliance, and CSAT
- Deliver effective presentations, feedback, and coaching to agents
- Observe, analyze, and identify process improvement opportunities
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a QA or Sr QA for a US, UK, or Australian voice process
- Exposure to the Sales domain preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
