Navi Technologies is hiring a QA Manager to lead the mobile and web quality assurance function for the personal lending and insurance app used by millions of Indians managing their financial life digitally.

8+ years QA with 3+ years QA management experience
Mobile QA: Android and iOS testing expertise
Test automation leadership: Appium, Detox, and Playwright
Fintech or BFSI domain quality management
RBI and regulatory compliance testing oversight
ISTQB Advanced or Expert certification preferred

Lead QA team of 8 engineers across Android, iOS, and web
Define quality strategy and test automation roadmap
Own sprint quality gates and release sign-off process
Ensure RBI digital lending and IRDAI insurance compliance in features
Report quality metrics and production defect rates to CTO monthly
