Postman is hiring a QA Lead to define quality strategy and lead the quality engineering team for the Postman API platform — ensuring the developer tool trusted by 30M+ users works flawlessly across complex API testing and collaboration scenarios.
- 7+ years QA engineering with 2+ years QA Lead
- API test automation: Playwright, REST Assured, or Postman Newman
- TypeScript or JavaScript for test framework development
- Cross-browser and cross-platform testing strategy
- CI/CD quality gates and GitHub Actions integration
- Developer tool or SaaS platform QA experience strongly preferred
- Lead QA team of 4 engineers for Postman API platform
- Define quality strategy and automation roadmap
- Build Playwright E2E tests for Postman app and web
- Implement quality gates in GitHub Actions CI pipeline
- Drive cross-browser testing for Postman Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
- Report quality metrics and production defect trends to engineering leadership
