PolicyBazaar is hiring a QA Lead to own the quality strategy and automation framework for insurance purchase APIs processing crores of premium rupees daily.

You will lead a team of 4 QA engineers and build robust API automation ensuring no customer is incorrectly charged or denied insurance coverage.

  • 6+ years QA with 2+ years team lead experience
  • Strong API test automation with REST Assured or Postman Newman
  • Java or Python for framework development
  • Performance testing with JMeter or k6
  • CI/CD pipeline integration experience
  • Insurance domain experience preferred
  • Lead QA team of 4 engineers for insurance APIs
  • Build and maintain REST Assured API automation framework
  • Integrate automated tests into Jenkins CI pipeline
  • Define sprint QA planning and release sign-off process
  • Report weekly quality metrics and defect trends to leadership
