Growth Heist is looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Electronics / PCB / RF to ensure the quality and reliability of analog, digital, and RF PCB assemblies. The role involves inspection, quality control, documentation, process monitoring, root-cause analysis, and coordination with design, production, and testing teams.
- Inspect PCBs for workmanship, solder quality, component placement and accuracy, and assembly defects
- Verify PCB assemblies against drawings, BOMs, and schematics
- Perform quality control, documentation, process monitoring, and root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with design, production, and testing teams
- Familiarity with inspecting analog, digital, and RF PCB assemblies
