PhonePe is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to build comprehensive test automation for the UPI payment platform where a test miss could impact crores of Indian consumers and merchants depending on PhonePe for their daily payments.
- 4–6 years QA automation with payment or fintech domain experience
- UPI, NACH, and payment API test automation expertise
- Java or Python for test framework development
- k6 or Gatling for payment load and stress testing at 5B+ monthly scale
- Appium for mobile payment app automation
- GitHub Actions CI/CD integration
- Build API automation for all PhonePe UPI and payment APIs
- Develop Appium mobile automation for Android and iOS payment flows
- Build k6 load tests simulating peak payment festival season traffic
- Integrate all tests into GitHub Actions CI pipeline
- Write regression test suites for NPCI UPI interface testing
- Lead payment QA strategy for 5B+ monthly transaction platform
