Synechron is looking for a Python AI Lead Developer to drive technology solutions across cloud, architecture, and cross‑functional teams. The role blends software development with technology leadership, guiding teams, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring delivery excellence.

• Lead and manage cross‑functional technology teams involved in software development and technology initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and delivery support to team members.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Apply software architecture principles and design patterns when evaluating or designing solutions.
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Python‑based and AI‑related technology solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that increase delivery efficiency, quality, reliability, and transparency.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on business value, technical suitability, security, sustainability, cost, and operational impact.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Monitor technology trends, platform capabilities, development practices, and emerging AI opportunities relevant to business needs.

• Proficient in Python and related software development technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Solid database management skills and data‑structure knowledge.
• Experience in AI/ML or data‑processing solutions using Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and microservices architecture.
