Infrastructure L2/L3 support engineer responsible for maintaining production systems across cloud and on-prem environments, handling deployments, upgrades, and incident resolution.
- Deploy, upgrade and maintain RTDS production environments (cloud/on-prem) to ensure high uptime.
- Provide L2/L3 support: troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Administer AWS and Azure infrastructure, networking, and security.
